Twitter, now undergoing the metamorphosis to X, has introduced its ads revenue sharing program for creators. With eligibility criteria including having 15M impressions on cumulative posts in the last three months and at least 500 followers, content creators can now apply for this exciting opportunity to monetize their content.

Elon Musk's X venture continues to make headlines with a revamp in revenue sharing for creators. The company now offers a more favorable revenue split to content creators, granting them greater earnings for their efforts.

While X Corp seeks to fight off hate speech allegations since Elon Musk's takeover, the company sees a surge in installs worldwide following the rebranding. Yet, Sensor Tower's data also reveals a decline in time spent per user post-rebrand.

In other news, Meta's Instagram is gearing up to embrace generative AI with AI chatbots that can communicate in different personas. From historical figures to surfers with travel advice, these chatbots promise an exciting and interactive future.

And as competition intensifies with TikTok and Instagram Reels, YouTube answers back with a suite of expanded creation tools for YouTube Shorts. Collab, remixing, and green screen options allow creators to weave their magic and inspire the world.

TikTok users in Europe, on the other hand, now have the option to disable personalized algorithms, presenting popular videos from both local and global sources. This change aligns with EU's Digital Services Act rules, giving users more control over content recommendations.

And not one to be left behind, Google amps up its Chrome on mobile, displaying potential search queries related to the webpage you're on, encouraging more searches. Additionally, Google's AI-powered Search Generative Experiment now includes contextual images and videos, providing richer and more relevant results.
