• Focus on building relationships, not just promoting your products or services. Social media is a two-way communication channel, so take the time to respond to comments and messages from your followers. Engage in conversations with them, ask for feedback, and show that you value their opinions. 

• Experiment with different formats and platforms. Don't limit yourself to just one social media platform or type of content. Try out different formats, such as live video or stories, and see which ones resonate with your audience.
