X is introducing exclusive shows… but you will have to pay to watch them.
A weekly newsletter about all things social media by Nuelink
This week, we dive into the evolving landscape of social media. From Elon Musk's ambitious plans for X to Instagram's new collaboration feature, we've got all the exciting updates.
Elon Musk's plans for turning X into an “everything app” are moving forward. X recently shared its roadmap for the year, which includes new features like AI-powered experiences and peer-to-peer payments. The platform has also partnered with Shopify, offering more opportunities for merchants to showcase products.
X is not only adding features but also launching exclusive video shows with famous personalities. To watch certain episodes, users might need to subscribe to X Premium.
On the other hand, Threads briefly had a feature allowing users to sort search results chronologically, but it was quickly removed. YouTube also announced that they will now support RSS feeds for podcasters, making it easier to share content on the platform.
TikTok made changes too, removing the ability to search for specific hashtags in its Creative Center tools. The platform is also helping marketers in a cookie-less future by categorizing Measurement partners into Cross-Channel and Lift, simplifying data tracking for advertisers.
These updates show how social media platforms are adapting and innovating. Stay tuned for more exciting changes!
